This property is a 2,000+ sq foot 3 story chalet on a half acre lot in beautiful Lake Harmony Estates, totally remodeled from top to bottom, with a quarter acre fenced-in yard at the back.
Outside there is a 6 person hot tub, an 8 person wet/dry sauna with RGB lighting, a fire pit with 10 Adirondack chairs, and a 20 foot gazebo with lighting, ceiling fans, seating for 10 and an enormous Viking grill. There is also a 4 person swing and a double hammock. String lights and coloured up-lighting give the garden a genuinely serene feel after dark.
Inside are 5 bedrooms with 7 beds and 2.5 bathrooms, each room with its own style. Eight 65" smart TVs throughout, 1 GB internet, and an 8' pool table in the lower level speakeasy done in an early 20th century theme. The second storey deck has its own grill and seating for 10.

The neighbourhood
Lake Harmony Estates sits between two ski resorts — Big Boulder and Jack Frost. You can see the slopes of Big Boulder from the front deck: Big Boulder is a 3 minute drive, Jack Frost about 5.
The community has bowling, an arcade, a movie theatre and the H2O water park, and there are bars and restaurants a short walk from the house, along with the Lake Harmony Estates beach.
Kalahari Resorts is 25 minutes away, Hickory Run State Park 20, Pocono Raceway under 10, and the historic town of Jim Thorpe about 20. The Poconos run year round — hiking, lake swimming, ATV and UTV riding, horse riding, skiing, snowboarding and tubing.
